I find doing the Wim Hof breathing technique each morning starts my day on the right path! It gives me an opportunity to totally clear my mind. It does improve my overall energy and I feel like it speeds up my recovery from tough workouts.

Intermittent fasting has been a game changer and controls my weight and allows me to not be on a restrictive diet.

There are many ways to complete it and I follow the 16/8 method. I eat in an eight hour window and stop eating after dinner and fast for at least 16 hours.

I do drink water during the fasting time and black coffee in the morning. I need my coffee! It is easier than it sounds!

During winter I am stuck inside running on the treadmill to get exercise and the Zwift app has helped make it an adventure!

You can use it for running and bicycling. In the summer I run, hike, and mountain bike when ever I can.

I love riding motorcycles! Great stress reliever! I did the unselfish thing for my wife and daughter and got rid of mine so we could get a travel trailer. I enjoy camping, but it’s nothing like riding a motorcycle!

Books I have found helpful:

The Holy Bible

Meditations by Marcus Aurelius

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

How to Invest in Real Estate by Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner

The Strangest Secret by Earl Nightingale

Daring Greatly by Brene Brown

Reading books was never my strong suit growing up, but it has been something I have learned to love as an adult.

I’m sure I will be adding to this list!

Recently I have learned about Stoicism and I found the practice to be helpful when dealing with stressful situations.

I carry a pendant to remind me that I could leave life right now and I need to be aware of what I do, say, and think.
